With every home Key Lime builds, the homeowner gets advantages they would pay extra for with most other builders.

Standard features include landscaping and sod for the entire yard - not just the front. And to make sure your lawn continues looking great, we install a multi zone sprinkler system. Other exterior features include rain gutters and flat area downspouts.

To help protect your house during the high winds of a Hurricane, we use 5/8" threaded rods in walls in addition to tie-down straps. We also install hurricane rated garage door braces.

Inside the garage, walls are finished (drywall and paint) and an automatic garage door opener is installed. We use thermo double pane insulated easy clean windows and we install fans and lights in all the bedrooms.

Every home we build is backed by a 1 year builders warranty and a 10 year extended warranty on all structural items.*
